1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the MUXTI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MUXTI is a peer-to-peer classifieds marketplace platform exclusively serving users in Cyprus. The App allows registered users to post, browse, and respond to listings for items for sale, trade, rent, or hire. MUXTI is a technology platform only — it is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or negotiation between users.

3. User Accounts

You must be 18 years or older to use MUXTI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

4. User Listings

You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of your listings. All listings must comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus.

The following items are strictly prohibited on MUXTI:

Tobacco products, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vapes), e-liquids, and related smoking accessories
Alcohol and alcoholic beverages
Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia
Prescription or non-prescription medicinal products
Firearms, ammunition, and weapons of any kind (including knives and bladed articles)
Fireworks and pyrotechnics
Counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods
Adult or sexually explicit content
Endangered or protected wildlife, animal parts, or CITES-listed species products
Hazardous substances, illegal gases, or dangerous chemicals
Food, drinks, and dietary supplements
Personal hygiene devices
Currency (except for numismatic/collector purposes), gift cards, vouchers, or tickets
Online game accounts or digital platform items
Any item whose sale is prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus

MUXTI reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice, and to apply strikes or suspend accounts where violations occur.

5. Property & Real Estate Listings

MUXTI is a classifieds advertising platform. It is not a licensed real estate agency and does not act as one. MUXTI is not involved in and accepts no responsibility for any property transaction, negotiation, viewing, or agreement between users.

Users may list residential and commercial property for sale or rent, subject to the following conditions:

Private owners may list property they personally own without restriction, provided all information is accurate and complete.
Licensed real estate agents (those registered under the Real Estate Agents Law N.71(I)/2010 and its amendments) must declare that they are a licensed agent and provide their valid ETEK registration number within the listing. Listings from agents without a valid licence are not permitted.
If you are neither the property owner nor a licensed agent, it is your sole responsibility to be aware of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus, including but not limited to the Real Estate Agents Law N.71(I)/2010.
All information provided in a property listing — including price, size, condition, registration details, and features — must be true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are solely responsible for updating or correcting your listing if circumstances change.
MUXTI cannot arrange, facilitate, or attend property viewings.
Any fiduciary, agency, or estate agency relationship between MUXTI and any user, owner, developer, or agent does not exist and is expressly disclaimed.
Property listings must relate to properties located within the Republic of Cyprus.
For rental listings that may fall under the Tourism Law N.34(I)/2019 (e.g. short-term lets), it is the advertiser's responsibility to comply with all applicable licensing and registration requirements.

MUXTI reserves the right to remove any property listing that it has reason to believe is inaccurate, misleading, or posted by an unlicensed agent, without prior notice.

6. Transactions

MUXTI is a discovery and communication platform only. All transactions are conducted between users directly. MUXTI is not a party to any transaction and accepts no liability for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any exchange.

7. Payments and Wallet

The MUXTI Wallet feature allows users to add credits for boosting listings. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once used. MUXTI reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Attempting to circumvent the platform (e.g. redirecting users to external payment methods to avoid fees)
Using automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within MUXTI is the property of its owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

MUXTI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUXTI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
